Willow Way Professional Easy Fill Bottler

  • Our Filling Machine will handle anything from oils, essential oils, lotions, thick creams, honey, jams, jellies and salsas.
  • You should expect production rates of about 10 bottles per minute (600 per hour), starting out and with experience to reach over 25 per minute (1500 per hour).
  • Operates Manually or Semi-Automatically.
  • We have interchangeable product cylinders that range in size from, 3/8" in. to 2 in. (10mm to 50mm) in diameter. This gives you a fill range from .06 to 8.7 fluid ounces (1.7 ml to 257ml), in a single stroke. We work with you to find just the optimum cylinder size or sizes for your applications.
  • We have found that for most of our customers, the 2" (50mm) cylinder is the ideal size and will fill from, 2 oz. to 8.7 oz (60ml to 257ml) with an accurate fill rate between  1/2% to 1%.  You can however, fill as low as 1 oz. (30ml) with the 2" (50mm) cylinder, with an accuracy of 2% to 3%.
  • For filling large quantities such as a liter or quart size, its just a matter of making more fill cycles. For example; to fill 16 ounce containers, simply set the fill amount to 8 ounces and cycle twice. Or, if filling a 250 milliliter container, set the fill amount to 125ml and cycle twice.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is pneumatically operated. It requires 80 to 90 psi (pounds per square inch) of air and about 3.5 cfm (cubic feet per minute).
  • A small inexpensive compressor is all that is required. These can be found at most hardware stores.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is primarily designed to fill your product into containers at estimated speeds of 5 to 20 cpm (containers per minute). Filling speeds are variable and dependent upon the piston stroke length, type of product being dispensed, the viscosity of the product, the ID (inside diameter) of the discharge port in the nozzle and how your product reacts when it hits the bottom of the container.
  • For most products, cleaning can be done with warm water and a low suds soap. For some liquids and oils, just cycling a little alcohol and water through will be sufficient.

What comes with your Willow Way Easy Fill Bottler

  • We supply you with a spare parts package deemed necessary for one year operation under every day usage. This includes valve and piston seals, quick clamp and gasket, and other parts.
  • A How-To CD, with demos on various applications and how to clean and maintain your Easy Fill bottler is included.
  • You also receive a detailed maintenance and parts manual.

Additional uses for Bottler

The Easy Fill bottler can also be used for Pumping directly from another vessel; Oil Heater, drum, bucket, etc.

  • We can supply you with the necessary attachments to pump directly from another container.
  • Since this is custom fitted, we will need to quote this according to your application needs.
  • Average cost is about $80 to $100.
    • Food grade hose, 3/4" to 1" depending on your application.
    • Quick connect and reduction fitting from the Ball Valve.
    • Stainless Steel, flare fitting with hose barb at the Easy Fill Bottler inlet.
    • All necessary clamps to make connections.
  • We highly recommend that you place the supply container above the Easy Fill Bottler if you wish to do this. That way the liquid is gravity fed. Although it can pull liquids from below the level of the Easy Fill, it can sometimes pull air into the system that could disrupt the fill accuracy.
  • Very thick liquids such as heavy creams will not work well using this application.

Specifications:

  • All metal contact parts are made of stainless steel, the piston and valve spool are made of Ertalyte and all "O"Rings and Gaskets will be made of Viton. The seals made with Viton will withstand petroleum products, essential oils, fragrance oils, vegetable oils and many solvent bases.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler comes equipped with a 5 gallon stainless steel hopper.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is supplied standard with a 2 inch (50mm) diameter stainless steel cylinder.
  • The machine frame is constructed out of stainless steel.
  • All connections between the hopper and valve spool, cylinder and valve spool, and nozzle and valve spool are either quick disconnect clamps or quick disconnect fittings. This aids in disassembling and cleaning with ease.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is also equipped with two types of machine cycle, start mechanisms, an auto cycle mode and a single cycle foot pedal control.
  • Base is 19.5" by 9.5" and weighs approximately 75 LB.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is also equipped with adjustable stroke rate, control valves. This allows the machines filling speed to be adjusted while the machine is in operation.
  • Operated by an Air Compressor (Not Included), 90 psi. (6.12 atm), and 1.5 cfm (43 lpm) or more, is all that’s required. Note: “atm & lpm” is a European standard. Your air compressor supplier will know what you need if you give them these figures.
  • These are available at most lumberyards and hardware stores.
  • The machine is designed to cycle up to, 40 times per minute.
