This Drum Heater is a must have if you deal with bulk ingredients that comes in drums.  Ingredients such as coconut oil or butters such as cocoa, mango, shea or avocado oftentime solidify at room temperature and need to be warmed to a more manageable viscosity to pump out.

• Safe to use on Plastic 55 gal. (208L) drums.
• Constructed with a Tough and Flexible silicone rubber. Withstands oils and even lye spills for those hand craft soap makers.
• Quick installation with easy operating fasteners
• Adjustable thermostat control, up to 140 F (60 C).
• 1,000 watts, just the right amount of wattage to prevent damage to your oils and heat in an efficient and timely manner. The most efficient way to use your drum heater is to place it on a timer. That way you can turn it on and heat in the early morning hours before the start of your work day.

This is a must have if you deal with bulk oils or butters in drums. Sometimes your materials need to be warmed to a more manageable viscosity to pump out of your drum.  This Drum Heater is designed for heating vegetable oils and butters that can go solid at room temperature.

• Safe enough to use on Plastic 55 gal. (208L) drums.
• Tough and flexible silicone rubber construction. Withstands oil and lye spills.
• Easy operating fasteners for quick installation.
• Adjustable thermostat control, 50 to 425 F (10 - 218 C).
• 1,200 watt, just the right amount of wattage to prevent damage to your oils yet heat in a timely and efficient manner. The most efficient way to use your drum heater is to place it on our optional timer.  Simply set the timer to turn on and heat your drum in the early morning hours before the start of your work day.
• 4" (13cm) width x 22 1/2" (57cm) nominal diameter.

• Note: When a plastic drum is used, its recommended to wrap a section of 8" aluminum flashing around drum and under band heater. Do not turn thermostat past what it takes to warm your oils.

• The kit includes 4 pieces of industrial strength Velcro strips along with instructions. The only tools you need is a box cutter or sharp knife.
• Oils and heat do not affect its insulation value.
