Our Willow Way 125 Gallon (1000 lbs) Water Jacketed Oil Melting Tank is useful for industries requiring accurate temperature control and even heat distribution when melting or heating oils, butters, wax, honey, M&P and many other products. 

The water jacketed tank design gives you controlled, even heat distribution without the risk of hot spots that could scorch or burn your ingredients. The inner tank has the advantage of a sloped bottom making this a very efficient tank.

  • Heating Element, Lid, 1.5 Inch Ball Valve, Thermostat with Cord.
  • Lid is designed with a molded high-temp handle eliminating need for heat protective gloves.
  • UL approved components.
  • Extra Heating Element included. Its always a good ideal to have a spare should the need arise, but chances are you may never need to use it.
  • Large 1 ½” (38mm), Three-Way Ball Valve for dispensing thick liquids and cremes with ease. Tip: See our optional Heated Valve Assembly.  Working with ingredients that solidify at room temperature could set up hard blocking the flow in your ball valve. Just heat it to melt without the headaches.
    • Adjustable Ball Valve tension.
    • Dispenses at a 90° angle, this makes it easier to clean with a minimal number of fittings.
  • ½” (13mm) Inlet and Outlet for filling and draining the water jacket.
  • Outlet & Valve Cleaning Brush. Pipe Seal is also included.

  • If you don't have a need to flush your water jacket, you can also use Mineral Oil or Propylene Glycol (PPG) instead of water.
    • Its slower to heat than water and has better heat retention.
    • Evaporation is less of an issue. - Less maintenance is required.
    • Allows for higher temperatures.
    • NOTE: When using PPG always be sure to use food grade quality with inhibitor.

The custom sloped design gives you the advantage of increased efficiency.

With this large tank, you don't need to tilt your tank or stand to get those last few drops out.

The sloped interior also makes clean up much easier.

Specifications for 125 Gallon Oil Mellter Tank:

  • All stainless steel construction.
  • Approximately 125 gal (473.17L) capacity or approximately 1,000 lbs (454Kg).
  • The Water Jacket Volume is approximately 33.64 gal (127.34L)
  • Outside dimensions are 45” high by 32” in diameter
  • 9,000 watts - 2 each - 220 Volt, 4500 watt, Heater Units. Thermostats (50F to 250F) (10C to 121C). Each draws about 21 amps and has a, Nema 6/20p style plug. Note: This unit is compatible for all International customers. The plug will have to be changed to conform with local codes. If you have any doubt about your electrical power requirements call your electric provider or electrician.
  • Must be shipped Motor Freight (Shipping Not Included in Price).
