Our Handcraft All Purpose Melter is perfect for hobbyist and professionals alike. This is a most Versatile small production Melter. It works like a dream for safely warming small batches of your Oils, Butters, Lip Balms, Wax or even Decrystallization of honey!

Very Easy to Control and Water-Bath-Safe. This Melter works on the same principal as a double boiler for warming your heat sensitive ingredients.

Description:

  • The heating element is located right in the water-bath. This gives you very fast heating times.
  • Our All Purpose melter is built to last you a lifetime of hard work.
  • A stainless steel plate is included and is used to support your Pots or Pitchers in the water-bath above the heating element.
  • Make sure to keep Water depth above the plate about 2” (5cm).
  • Melter has a handy drain valve where you can just place it next to your sink or drain directly into a bucket when its time to change out the water.
  • Hand Holds are lasered right into the body of the melter making it easy to move around.

  • Diameter: 18” (46cm)
  • Height: 12” (31cm) without pitchers or pots.
  • Temperature: 0° to Boiling.
  • Adjustable Thermostat shows both F° & C°.
  • Constructed with highly durable 304 Stainless Steel.
  • Heating Element: 1500 watt @ 120 volt. The element is simple to replace but will last many years with proper care. Always keep the water level 2 inches above the steel plate.
  • International or Domestic 220 volt installations: 220-240 volt, 3000 watt element are available upon request. Just let us know when you place your order.
  • Amperage: 120 volt = 12.5 amps, 220-240 volt = 12.5-13.6 amps.
  • Data from Temperature test on our All Purpose Melter:
    • Starting Room Temp,. 74°F (23°C)
    • Reached, 190°F (88°C) in one hour
    • 6 hours later with lid on, temperature was still, 170°F (77°C)

We offer 2 Quart (64 oz) Stainless Steel Pitchers. They work excellent for precise, delicate pours. You have endless possibilities for items such as oils, butters, M&P Soap, wax, creams, lotions, honey, salves, balms, etc. Versatile Melter will hold 6 of our model #AC1095 Stainless Steel Pitchers.

We also offer a more economical 64 oz Aluminum Pitcher. Make sure to place the handles facing outside of the melter for easy access. Melter can hold 7 of our model #PP4lb Aluminum Pitchers.

Need even larger volume containers with easy access? We have some great 6 quart (5.7 liters) Stainless Steel Pots that fit perfectly. Melter will hold 3 of our model #AC1043 Stainless Steel Pots.
